WOMEN ENTREPRENEURS DAY

JITO Bangalore South Chapter and Pagariya JBN Trendsetter Leaders hosted a dynamic meeting on Women Entrepreneurs Day on 9th June 2026 at Fern Residency, Seshadripuram. The gathering once again showcased JBN’s growing influence in creating meaningful business collaborations and empowering entrepreneurs across sectors.

The meeting commenced with a warm welcome address by Referral Head Shri Siddhant Bhandari, along with Referral Lead Shri Rajeev Nahata and Referral Secretary Shri Ashish Dugar, who set the tone for the day by emphasizing the group’s focus on quality referrals, consistent engagement and collective growth. With 48 members and 15 visitors present, the session witnessed exceptional participation and outcomes.

Shri Ranjeet Solanki, Chairman, JITO Bangalore South Chapter, addressed the gathering and commended the Trendsetter Leaders for consistently raising the bar in referral-based networking. He noted that JBN has evolved into a powerful ecosystem where relationships translate into revenue, and reiterated the chapter’s commitment to fostering entrepreneurship and Women Business with ethics and excellence. Shri Nitin Lunia, Chief Secretary, JITO Bangalore South Chapter, also addressed the members and highlighted the importance of synergy. He encouraged members to deepen connections beyond meetings and leverage the JBN platform to unlock new markets and opportunities.

Marking Women Entrepreneurs Day, the highlight of the event was an inspiring keynote by Smt. Rekha Nahar, General Manager, JOCKEY – Page Industries Pvt. Ltd. In her address, Rekhaji Nahar shared insights from her corporate leadership journey and spoke on the critical role of women in shaping India’s entrepreneurial landscape. She emphasized that women empowerment thrives on three pillars: _Confidence to take risks, Competence to deliver excellence, and Community to uplift each other_. “Entrepreneurship gives women not just financial independence, but the power to influence change. Platforms like JBN are vital because they provide women entrepreneurs the network, visibility, and trust they need to scale,” she remarked. Her session was deeply engaging and received with great appreciation from all members.

A total of 6 one-to-one meetings were conducted, 40 referrals were passed, and one testimonial was shared. The Thank You Slips generated during the meet amounted to Rs. 8,31,70,950, taking the cumulative total till date to an impressive Rs. 8,69,83,75,231 — a testament to the trust and business value created within the group.

The meeting concluded with renewed energy, actionable connections, and a strong resolve to continue building a culture of giving and growing together. Pagariya JBN Trendsetter Leaders continues to exemplify how structured networking, when driven by purpose, creates lasting business impact.
