JITO Bangalore South successfully organised a 6 nights and 7 days domestic tour to Leh-Ladakh from 26th May to 1st June 2026. A group of 63 members and their families participated, travelling in three groups. Two groups joined from Bangalore and one from Mumbai. The tour was exclusively curated for JITO members and their families, bringing together 51 members from Bengaluru and 12 members from Mumbai. It provided a unique platform for networking, learning, and celebration.
The tour offered members an opportunity to experience the traditions and customs of the region. The itinerary included visits to iconic landmarks such as Gurudwara Pathar Sahib and Magnetic Hill, Sangam Point at the Indus-Zanskar Confluence, Lamayuru Monastery and Moonland, Nubra Valley, and Turtuk Village, a picture-perfect Balti village near the India-Pakistan Line of Control. Members also visited Pangong Tso, Changthang and the Changthang Wildlife Sanctuary and enjoyed starlit nights in the high-altitude landscape.

The trip significantly strengthened bonding and fellowship among all travelling members. Participants expressed immense happiness and eagerly look forward to the next JITO international or domestic tour.
