JITO Ladies Wing, Bengaluru South, under its flagship SAKSHAM initiative, successfully organized “Josh Talks”, a 5-day Public Speaking & Personality Development Workshop held from 11th tod 15th May 2026 for the evening batch at the JITO Office, Chamrajpet, Bengaluru. The program also included an Outdoor Training Session for teenagers.

Conducted by faculty members Ms. Avadhi Chouhan and Shri Yash Dugar, the workshop focused on building confidence, communication skills, leadership, body language, and stage presence. Participants engaged in interactive activities including debates, storytelling, role plays and presentations to ensure experiential learning.

A total of 37 teenagers graduated from the workshop in the presence of JITO dignitaries and proud parents. During the graduation ceremony, the young speakers confidently addressed relevant topics such as mental health, artificial intelligence (AI), social media, peer pressure, cyber safety and environmental awareness.

The event was graced by Chief Guest Shri Anmol Jain, Founder of RIOO, whose inspiring entrepreneurial journey deeply motivated the participants.

The workshop proved highly impactful, equipping teenagers with confidence, enhanced personality, and effective public speaking skills through interactive learning and practical exposure. True to the spirit of SAKSHAM, Josh Talks empowered the next generation to find their voice and lead with conviction.
