NEXTGEN TALKS

JITO Ladies Wing Bangalore South, under its Saksham initiative, successfully conducted NextGen Talks – Master the Art of Public Speaking, a 5-day workshop designed to build confidence, leadership, communication skills and self-expression among teenagers from May 11th to 15th May, morning batch. A total of 35 participants enthusiastically took part in the workshop held at the JITO Office, Chamrajpet.

The workshop began with the Navkar Mahamantra and focused on helping children overcome stage fear through practical activities, debates, role plays, team-building exercises, and stage presentations. Participants were trained in body language, voice modulation, eye contact, dressing sense, and effective communication skills.

The Graduation Ceremony marked the successful completion of the workshop, where all 35 participants graduated as NextGen Graduates in the presence of their proud family members. The young speakers confidently shared their thoughts on topics such as mental health, social media, AI, peer pressure, environment, and personality development.

Chairperson Smt. Babita Raysoni shared that public speaking is not just about speaking on stage, but about expressing oneself fearlessly and becoming a confident leader. Faculty members Shri Amit Singhvi and Ms. Krisha Shah appreciated the enthusiasm, creativity, and growth shown by the participants throughout the workshop.

The event concluded with certificate distribution, graduation robes, and heartfelt appreciation from parents, who praised the initiative and expressed excitement for future workshops.
