AI is redefining today’s business – automating processes, multiplying productivity and turning data into decisions – making it the decisive edge between companies that scale and those that stall. JITO Bangalore South Chapter, under the JITO Center for Excellence (CFE) – SKILLATHON XPRESS, successfully hosted a house-full session on Automate Business Scale with Artificial Intelligence full day workshop on Sunday, May 3, 2026, at Fern Residency, Seshadripuram. The power-packed workshop was led by Trainer Shri Sanjeev Jain, Business Coach & AI Tech Guru and Founder & CEO of CEOITBOX.
The workshop commenced with the Navkar Mantra, followed by the Lighting of the Lamp by JITO dignitaries and the speaker. JITO Bangalore South Chapter Chairman Shri Ranjeet Solanki welcomed the members. Addressing the gathering, he said, “AI is becoming more important in our business. If we do not move quickly in adopting this technology, we will lose business and our competitors will grow.” He also briefed members on upcoming JITO events and encouraged active participation.
Shri Sanjeev Jain, Founder & CEO of CEOITBOX, said: “Most business owners are stuck working _in_ the business instead of _on_ it. AI is not about replacing people. It’s about giving owners their time back. When you define Purpose, align People, and automate Process, you stop being the labour and start being the leader. AI turns your 1x into 100x.” The speaker was felicitated by JITO dignitaries. This was followed by a Q&A session and a quiz on AI.
Shri Sanjeev Jain urged entrepreneurs to shift from being both Owner and Labour to becoming true business leaders by leveraging AI. Positioning AI as the most powerful General-Purpose Technology of our era, he demonstrated how it functions as a _Universal Translator_ – converting words to text, text to images, videos, business plans, products, and research – thereby opening a world of opportunity across every department.
The session gave participants hands-on exposure to real AI tools for immediate business use. These included Suno.com for creating custom songs and audio content, Poe.com for accessing multiple premium AI chatbots under one subscription, and key tools from the Free AI Stack. He introduced The Billionaire’s Framework – the 3Ps: Purpose, People and Process. He explained that most businesses fail due to no target, waste of time and energy, and lack of loyalty or team support. The solution, he emphasized, is to build a strong Plan & Vision. He detailed the Business Plan Components under Why – Purpose, Core Values, Guiding Star, Brand Promise, and Customer Commitments; What – Long-term 5-year goals, Medium-term goals, and Short-term goals; and How – planning daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly execution using an AI Plan Creator.
The workshop was attended by 135 members, including Smt. Monica Pirgal, Vice Chairperson CFE, JITO Bangalore South Chief Secretary Shri Nitin Lunia, Joint Treasurer Shri Mahaveer Dantewadia, Secretary Shri Pratik Gandhi, Board and Managing Committee members of JITO Bangalore South Chapter and past Apex Directors.
