JITO Ladies Wing, Bengaluru South, under Saksham, inaugurated the 7-day workshop VoiceCraft – Master the Art of Public Speaking from April 13th to 19th, 2026, at the JITO Office, Chamarajpet. The program began with the Navkar Mahamantra and lamp lighting, setting a spiritual and energetic tone.
Chairperson Babita Raysoni welcomed the participants and shared that VoiceCraft is not just about speaking, but about discovering one’s inner voice, building confidence, and expressing ideas effectively. Joint Secretary Chandra Jain added that the workshop aimed to help women overcome hesitation and emerge as confident speakers.
JLW Co-ordinator Praveenji Sofadia appreciated the initiative, noting that while events are not always in our control, our response shapes the outcome. He emphasized that effective communication is vital for leadership and success.
The workshop was led by experienced trainers Hitesh Chhajed, Raksha Jain, and Mukesh Bhandari through engaging activities and interactive sessions. Convener Smt. Hema Solanki and Co-convener Smt. Pooja Jain, with special support from Asmita Chauhan, ensured smooth execution. Participants expressed great enthusiasm and shared their aspirations at the start.
The workshop concluded with a graduation ceremony on April 19th, 2026, where 30 participants graduated as VoiceCraft alumni in the presence of 70 family members. Chairperson Babita Raysoni reiterated that JITO works on service, knowledge, and economic empowerment. “Public speaking is a common fear, but confidence won here. This graduation is not an end — it’s the start of creating impact through your voice,” she said.
JITO Bengaluru South Chairman Ranjeet Solanki urged young women to look beyond superficial attraction and focus on purpose. Joint Treasurer Mahaveer Dantewadia called communication the key to success. Trainer Mukesh Bhandari stressed eye contact and voice modulation, sharing Arunima Sinha’s Everest journey as proof that determination defeats obstacles.
Chief Guest Ajay Jain, IRAS, praised participants for speaking boldly on mental health, AI, addiction, and judgmental behaviour. He advised focusing on goals over limited opportunities and applauded JITO’s support for civil services aspirants through JATF.
Participants described the workshop as a turning point for self-confidence. Parents and family members appreciated that women were getting space to pursue dreams alongside responsibilities.
The 7-day VoiceCraft journey closed with renewed resolve, energy, and purpose. As the trainers noted, when a woman finds her voice, she becomes an inspiration. The event ended with announcements, participant activities, and a vote of thanks — marking not just a conclusion, but the beginning of impactful voices shaping change.
