The JITO Bangalore South and Pagariya JBN Trendsetter Unicorns Bangalore South, with the aim of #Issbaar100crpaar!, hosted a power-packed 1st-ever Small Scale Business (SSB) - Women Empowerment event at Hotel The Fern Residency on 6th January 2026.

The objective of this event was to empower women entrepreneurs and provide a platform for networking, referrals, and inspiring stories, aimed at fostering growth and collaboration. In today's business landscape, women are breaking barriers and making significant contributions. From leadership roles to entrepreneurial ventures, women are driving innovation, economic growth, and social change.

The meeting started with Navkar Mahamantra. The meeting was led by the Unicorns Leadership team, Darshit Surana (Referral Head), Kamal Jain (Referral Lead), and Praful Dinesh (Referral Secretary).

Under the Small Scale Business (SSB) vertical of JBN, Vinita Jain of Vinita Ki Rasoi joined us with her delicious homemade food items. She showcased a variety of freshly prepared snacks and traditional delicacies. To support her journey, a women empowerment promotional poster and visiting cards were distributed to members. Members appreciated her offerings and purchased several items, encouraging and empowering her business.
