JITO Belgaum has started the 2nd edition  B. T. Patil & Sons Computer Skills Learning Program under the CFE at 3 schools in Belgaum which are,

1) Government Primary School, Chikadinkop, Tal. Khanapur, Dist. Belagavi
2) Government Kannada Higher Primary School, Sambra, Tal & Dist. Belagavi
3) Govt. Kannada Primary Secondary School No. 26, Vishweshwar, Sadashiv Nagar, Belagavi

This is a unique initiative by JITO Belgaum aimed at enhancing computer literacy.

The program was inaugurated on 8th and 9th, July, 2025, at respective school premises, under the leadership and guidance of our Chairman, Shri Harshavardhan Inchal, Chief Secretary Abhay Adimani, and all Managing Committee members.

The inauguration functions were attended by:
Govt. Primary School, Chikadinkop (10:30 AM) on 8th July, 2025 : SDMC Chairman, along with the School Principal, staff, and several senior members from the Chikadinkoppa village.

Govt. Kannada Higher Primary School, Sambra (12:30 PM) on 8th July, 2025 : The SDMC Chairman, School Principal, staff, a few parents, and senior members from the Sambra village.

Govt. Kannada Primary Secondary School No. 26, Vishweshwar, Sadashiv Nagar, Belagavi (10:30 AM) on 9th July, 2025 : Education Dept Staff, School Principal, Staff memembers of School

All three inaugural functions were brief yet impactful. During the events, CS Abhay Adimani briefed the students about the details of the course, the exam pattern, and the prizes to be won. and also spoke about the benefits of computer education and how they can maximize their learning from this opportunity. Additionally, computer textbooks were distributed to the students during both events.

This program will run for three months: July, August and September month, benefiting 5th, 6th, and 7th-grade students from both schools.

JITO Belgaum has appointed three experienced tutors to facilitate the training.

This initiative is one of the unique projects by JITO Belgaum, supported by B.T. Patil & Sons, aimed at improving education at the grassroots level where it is most needed.

I Thank our members Abhay Adimani, Rahul Hajare, Chetan Shah, Abhijit Ankle who travelled all the way to Chikkadinkoppa and Sambra to attend the function and I also thank Deepak Subedhar and Rajratan for joining the Sadashiv Nagar School.
