SELL & SCALE ON E-COMMERCE WORKSHOP EVENT REPORT
INTRODUCTION
With the advent of online marketplaces, knowing how one can tap into the potential of launching and growing a business digitally is worth exploring. The first set of events under the scope of Growth Lab tries to realise this prospect.
It would include a two-part workshop surrounding e-commerce product listings and effectively running online ads to boost brand visibility and sales. Both workshops would take place at the JITO Bangalore North Office, Rajajinagar, 6:00 P.M. onwards. 20th and 21st June 2025 were selected as the dates for workshop 1, whilst the second would be conducted
on 27th June 2025 Food would be served between 6:00 P.M. and 6:30 P.M. and the event would commence at 6:30 P.M. sharp. The registration fees would be Rs. 1,999 per person. The registration fees would include Rs. 500 worth of ad credits that could be utilised by the attendees during the workshop.

METHODOLGY

The first workshop was setup across 2 days – 20th and 21st June 2025. These sessions were designed to enable attendees an understanding of opening a seller account and how they could list their products online. The workshop was a live demo with the opportunity to follow the instructor through the session. The key takeaways from the workshop are outlined below:

Mitesh Jain (E-commerce consultant with 14+ years of experience) led day 1 of the workshop explaining the theoretical aspects of the e-commerce ecosystem while Ayush Kothari (Marketing Merchandiser at Amazon India) drove day 2 of the first workshop outlining crucial listing practises through a live demo. Ayush also explained how one can utilise various online tools to extract key information required for better listing planning, mainly focusing on Helium 10.
