JITO Ladies Wing Bangalore South organized a "Haat Bazaar – Desi Haat" under the Seva initiative, at Adarsh College, on 26th June 2025 which was attended by over 150 members. The event was inaugurated by dignitaries from JITO Apex, KKG Zone and JITO Bangalore South Chapter, including JITO Ladies Wing South Chairperson Babita Raysoni, Chief Secretary Nidhi Palrecha and event conveners Smt. Sangeeta Parakh, Co-convener Smt. Sangeeta Siyal and managing committee members.
The event aimed to promote women entrepreneurs and provide a platform for them to showcase their products. Haat Bazaar featured stalls selling various products, including clothing, food, decorative items, and home decor. Members showcased their entrepreneurial skills, selling handmade products such as hand-printed sarees, crochet flowers, homemade spices, and pickles.
The event was attended by prominent dignitaries, including JITO Apex Secretary Shri Sripal Bachawat, KKG Zone Chief Secretary Shri Dilip Jain, JITO Bangalore South Vice Chairman Shri Rajkumar Kothari, KKG Zone JITO Ladies Wing Convener Smt. Pinky Jain, Shraman Arogyam Apex Convener Smt. Sunita Gandhi, Small Household Business Model Apex Convener Smt. Bindu Raysoni, former Chairperson Smt. Nisha Samar, JITO Ladies Wing Bangalore North Chairperson Smt. Laxshmi Bafna and Chief Secretary Smt. Raksha Chhajed. All the dignitaries appreciated the efforts of JITO Ladies Wing, stating that women have made significant strides in every field, be it education or business, and are actively participating in all areas. Chief Secretary Smt. Nidhi Palrecha presented the vote of thanks, concluding the event.
The Haat Bazaar exhibition was a kaleidoscope of colors, with JITO Ladies Wing members and guests revelling in the joy of shopping. The event was managed by JITO Ladies Wing Treasurer Smt.
