Total Audience : 550  (300 Students, 100 Parents & 150 Trust Committee members, Teachers and non teaching staff)

    The program commenced with the chanting of the Navkar Maha Mantra and the lighting of the lamp, setting a spiritual and auspicious tone for the event.
    Shri Harshvardhan Inchal, Chairman JITO Belgaum, welcomed the gathering, emphasizing the significance of the awareness and orientation program. He also briefed how JITO is working on a grass root level to help in the field of education.
    Shri Kuntinath Kalmani, Minority Convenor  elaborated on the purpose of the event, highlighting its role in guiding students and also briefed about ROAD MAP OF JITO minority. 
Key Addresses by Distinguished Guests:
    Guest Speaker Shri F. U. Pujar, District Officer Belgavi, Minority Welfare Department, Government of Karnataka, shared insights on various government schemes for minorities. Focusing on especially for Jains. He briefed students about different schemes scholarship and loan facilities available for jain students. He also briefed farmers businessmen about the different government schemes available for enhancement and upliftment of Jains in respective fields. He also addressed the committee members of different trust committee and temple committee and briefed them about available govt schemes for renovation of temple and for building samudaya bhavans. Overall He explained different minority schemes available for jain in the field of Education, Business, Farmers and for community building.
    Shri Pusphak Hanammannvar, Director In Charge Minority Apex in his address briefed the audience about JITO Minority related works carried at different levels and even put forth different demands in front of government officials
    The Vote of Thanks proposed by Shri Abhay Adimani, Chief Secretary, acknowledging the efforts of all dignitaries, organizers, and attendees.
    The program concluded with the National Anthem, followed by group photo and lunch for all participants.
    This successful orientation program served as an invaluable platform for students and parents, providing guidance, motivation, and awareness about Minority Schemes.
