KARMA THEORY

JITO Ladies Wing Bangalore South, under its Seva vertical, organized a deeply reflective and soul-awakening program – ‘Karma Theory’ on 5th June 2025 at Town Hall, JC Road, Bangalore, which witnessed enthusiastic participation of over 300+ members.

The event began with Navkar Mantra and lighting of the lamp. Chairperson Smt. Babita Raysoni warmly welcomed all and shared how JITO, founded in 2007, now stands tall on the pillars of Seva, Knowledge, and Economic Empowerment. She said, “Karma Theory is not just a session, it’s a journey of the soul. When challenges arise or blessings come unexpectedly, the answers lie in understanding our karmas.”

Shri Ranjeet Solanki, Chairman, JITO Bangalore South, praised the initiative and said, “Organizing a session on such a powerful and spiritual subject is commendable. It brings clarity to life’s experiences.”

Shri Praveen Shah, Director-in-charge, Youth Wing Apex, emphasized the need for patience and introspection as key tools in overcoming karmic bondage.

Event Convener Smt. Lata Bohra introduced the keynote speaker Shri Arvind Mandot, spiritual seeker, life coach, and author of ‘As It Is’. Through simple demonstrations like the white ball representing the pure soul, he explained Kashayas, karmic bonds, and liberation through Lokik and Lokateet Dharmas.

A powerful drama illustrated the impact of four major karmas: Gyanavarniya Karma by Ms. Avadhi Chauhan, She showed how disrespecting knowledge in past lives affects intellectual growth.Darshanavarniya Karma is losing focus during religious practices, Vedniya Karma by Smt. Arpita Ladhani and Smt. Neelam Shand showed pain and suffering due to past karmas. Antaraya Karma by Smt. Nisha Kothari showed obstacles in doing good deeds.

The second act highlighted the four Kashayas: Krodh  by Smt. Suhani Barlota, Smt Urmila Bardia and Smt Riya Bohra, Maan by Smt. Taruna Mehta, Smt Asmita Mehta &  Pinky Jain, Maya by Smt. Bindu Mehta  and Smt Sarita & Lobh again by Ms. Avadhi Chauhan.

Each performance conveyed practical solutions like humility, forgiveness, contentment, truthfulness and selfless service.

Dignitaries present included:Shri Mahendra Ranka, Vice Chairman, JITO Bangalore South, past chairpersons Smt. Pramila Bhandari, Smt. Lalita Gulecha, Smt. Madhu Doshi, Smt. Pinky Jain JLW KKG Zone Convener, Smt. Anita Pirgal ,JIIF & J Point Apex Convener, Smt. Sunita Gandhi, Shraman Arogyam Apex Convener, Smt. Rekha Chhajed, Small Business Apex Convener and Smt. Lakshmi Bafna, Chairperson, JLW Bangalore North. JLW Bangalore South Managing Committee members were there to support.

The program was anchored by Smt. Nidhi Palrecha, Chief Secretary, JLW Bangalore South and concluded with a vote of thanks by Smt. Priya Gandhi, Co-convener.
