The 1st ever edition of the JITO Sports Tennis Cricket League 2025 commenced with great enthusiasm and fanfare at Jain International Residential School, Kanakapura Campus, Bengaluru, jointly hosted by JITO Sports Apex, JITO KKG Zone, JITO Bangalore South and JITO Bangalore North in from May 1st to 4th, 2025.
The tournament began with a flag-hoisting ceremony by JITO Apex dignitaries, Apex directors, KKG Zone, Chapter Board of Directors, and managing committee members, JLW managing committee, JYW managing committee, past JITO Apex directors, and members along with their families. The event started with the recitation of the Navkar Mahamantra, followed by the lighting of the lamps by Shri Kamlesh R. Sojatia, Vice President, JITO Apex; Shri Lalit Kumar Dangi; Shri Sripal Bachawat; Shri Vicky Oswal, Chairman, JITO Sports & Sports Committee, Apex; Shri Ranjeet Solanki, Chairman, JITO Bangalore South; Shri Vimal Kataria, Chairman, JITO Bangalore North; Shri Nitin Lunia, Chief Secretary, JITO Bangalore South; Shri Vijay Singhvi, Chief Secretary, JITO Bangalore North; JLW North Chairperson Smt. Lakshmi Bafna; JLW South Chief Secretary Smt. The 3 days of high-intensity cricket matches between 24 participating teams from JITO chapters and 9 zones, featuring over 360 players, were played in a sportsmanlike spirit. A total of 55 matches were played on 4 international-standard grounds. Eight teams qualified for the quarterfinals, and these teams played their hearts out to qualify for the semifinals. The four teams that made it through the semifinals were JITO Vapi, Futura JSPL Bangalore North, JITO Pune, and JITO Bangalore 1.
Teams Pune and Futura JSPL won against their opponents and reached the finals. In a high-voltage final, Pune set a massive target of 125 runs in 12 overs for Futura JSPL Bangalore North, but the latter could only manage 104 runs. Team Pune went on to lift the 1st National JITO Sports Tennis Cricket 2025 trophy, and Futura JSPL was the runner-up.
The best batsman of the tournament was awarded to Rishabh Bamboli of Pune, the best bowler and man of the series was awarded to Ayush Kothari of Futura JSPL, and the best fielder was awarded to Trishank Jain of Gowalia Tank team. The Fair Play award was given to Pune.

In conclusion, the 1st National JITO Sports Tennis Cricket 2025 was a grand success, showcasing the spirit of sportsmanship and camaraderie among the participants. Shri Vijay Singhvi, Chief Secretary Bangalore North, expressed his gratitude to all the sponsors, players, team owners, and supporters. Special thanks were given to Dr. Chenraj Roychand, Shri Vishal Jain, Shri Parshawanth, and the team members of Jain International Residential School for their unwavering support throughout the tournament. The closing ceremony was hosted by Shri Nitin Lunia, Chief Secretary Bangalore South.
