JITO Ladies Wing, Bangalore South, in association with the JITO Professional Forum, successfully hosted the Antaryatra program on January 8th at CMS Business School, Seshadripuram. The event was graciously sponsored by Jain University, with Mr. Vishalji Chainraji generously providing the venue.
The program aimed to raise awareness among women about managing social concerns, everyday stress, and anxiety. The event commenced with the chanting of the Navkar Mantra and the traditional lighting of the lamp.
Chairperson Babita Raiysoni warmly welcomed the attendees, emphasizing the significance of living life with joy and ease. She reminded the audience that we enter this world without a name and depart without a breath. Chief Secretary Nidhi Palrecha highlighted the importance of maintaining balance in todays fast-paced lifestyle, stressing that mental health is equally crucial as physical health.
Co-convener Angeikaa Bafna introduced the wellness coach and keynote speaker, Dr. Sheela Bajaj. Dr. Bajaj delivered an insightful talk on self-care, mid-life crises, and the importance of prioritizing oneself. She also discussed the significance of spiritual energy and the need to shed negativity.
Approximately 200 participants, dressed in yellow, enthusiastically attended the event, which concluded on a positive note. JITO Bangalore South Chairman Shri Ranjeet Solanki, Chief Secretary Shri Nitin Lunia, and Ladies Wing Co-ordinator Praveen Sofadiya extended their warm wishes.
