NATIONAL JOBS FAIR 3.0

A grand JITO Job Fair 3.0 was jointly organized by the JITO Bengaluru South and Bengaluru North Chapters at LIT School, Jayanagar. The event received an overwhelming response from both companies and employees. JITO Jobs continues to be a powerful platform that transforms aspirations into employment and bridges the gap between industry and talent. The inauguration ceremony was led by JITO Jobs Apex Chairman Shri Vinod Pokarna, JITO Bengaluru North Chairman Shri Vimal Kataria, JITO Bengaluru South Chief Secretary Shri Nitin Lunia, JITO Bengaluru North Chief Secretary Shri Vijay Singhvi and Shri D.L. Krishnamurthy, District Officer for Bengaluru Urban, Karnataka Government's Skill Development Corporation, along with members and company representatives.

More than 332 candidates participated, while 24 reputed companies conducted over 1,500 interviews. Many candidates received on-the-spot selection offers and numerous recruitment processes advanced to the next stage. Each interview conducted and each offer made reinforced JITO Jobs’ commitment: Creating Careers, Building Futures. These statistics underscore the event’s success and its impact on job creation.

JITO Bengaluru North Chairman Shri Vimal Kataria and JITO Jobs Apex Chairman Shri Vinod Pokarna welcomed the guests, employers and participants, describing the job fair as a strong bridge connecting talent with opportunity. JITO Bengaluru South Chairman Shri Ranjeet Solanki conveyed his message, wishing Job Fair 3.0 huge success.

JITO Bengaluru South Chief Secretary Shri Nitin Lunia and North Chief Secretary Shri Vijay Singhvi inspired the youth, describing the initiative as a significant step toward creating skilled professionals. They also shed light on the future plans and vision of JITO Jobs. With a clear focus on skilling, upskilling and employment, JITO Jobs is shaping the next generation of industry-ready professionals.

JITO Bengaluru South Jobs Convener Shri Rajesh Bhansali and North Chapter Jobs Convener Shri Rakesh Pokarna welcomed everyone and provided insights into the concept, objectives, and scope of the event. An atmosphere of enthusiasm and inspiration prevailed throughout, fostering meaningful interactions between participants and companies.

Co-convener Shri Praveen Ganna introduced the Chief Guest, Shri Arihant Jain, Co-founder and CEO of LIT School and WLDD and the Guest of Honour, Shri D.L. Krishnamurthy. Highlighting the growing need for organized employment platforms, he emphasized the necessity of strong collaboration between society and the corporate world.

Present on the occasion were managing committee members from the Main Wing, Ladies Wing, and Youth Wing, including JAFT Vice Chairman Shri Rameshchand Bohra, KKG Zone Chairman Shri Praveen Bafna, Chief Secretary Shri Dilip Jain and JBN National Convener Shri Manoj Kochar. JITO Bengaluru Ladies Wing Chairpersons Smt. Babita Raysoni and Smt. Lakshmi Bafna and from South and North Chapters were also present.

The key pillars behind this successful event were Shri Rajesh Bhansali and Shri Shubham Bhandari from the South Chapter, and Shri Rakesh Pokarna and Shri Praveen Ganna from the North Chapter. Committee members including Shri Rishabh Singhvi, Ms. Aditi Singhvi, Shri Dev Balar, Ms. Dhvani Ganna, Ms. Ishika Kankaria, Ms. Bhavya, Ms. Hiteshvi, Ms. Anisha Balar, Shri Anil Ganna, and Shri Vikas Bhansali also played a pivotal role in making the event a success. Driven by the ethos of Seva and Economic Empowerment, JITO Jobs once again proved that when community and corporates come together, opportunities multiply. The program concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by Co-convener Shri Shubham Bhandari.
