The JITO Ladies Wing Bangalore South, Pagariya JBN Swayam We-Preneurs, a dynamic women’s business referral group, celebrated the successful completion of its second term on 11th April 2026 at Tea Villa Café, Jayanagar. The event was graced by members and dignitaries, reflecting the spirit of growth, collaboration, and women empowerment.

The program began on an energetic note with Referral Head Smt. Nisha Kothari welcoming everyone and highlighting the power of like-minded women coming together.

Chairperson Smt. Babita Raysoni, in her inspiring address, shared that the platform is not just a network but a movement where women uplift each other. She emphasized that the group has transformed aspirations into achievements, with the philosophy, “Your success is my success.” Achieving over ₹80 lakh in business within two terms stands as a testament to collective effort.

The Leadership Transition Ceremony was the highlight, where the outgoing team – Smt. Nisha Kothari, Smt. Rajul Kishor and Smt. Saloni Netani was appreciated for their contributions. The new team was officially welcomed: Smt. Mitoo Jain as Referral Head, Smt. Trupti Jain as Referral Lead and Smt. Miloni Shah as Referral Secretary.
