JITO Ladies Wing, Bangalore South, in association with KKG Zone, organised Better the Art of Living- Ageing Gracefully, a Health & Nutrition initiative, at FKCCI, on 24th February 2026, which was attended by over 200 participants.
The program began with the Navkar Mahamantra and lamp lighting. Chairperson Smt. Babita Raysoni welcomed the gathering, emphasizing that health is one’s greatest wealth and that learning to live medicine-free through natural practices is essential. Chief Secretary Smt. Nidhi Palrecha encouraged members by highlighting the importance of a healthy body and mind.
JITO Bangalore South Chapter Chairman Shri Ranjeet Solanki appreciated the Wing’s consistent efforts in promoting health awareness. The main sponsor, Shri Jayantilal Balar of Micro Print & Pack, was felicitated for his support.
Convener Smt. Sangeeta Parakh introduced the keynote speaker, Shri Arun Rishi Swargeeya Holistic Lifestyle Trainer, who shared his inspiring journey of maintaining optimal health and wellness. He revealed that in the last 46 years of his 73-year life, he had not fallen ill or taken medication, crediting a chemical-free and disciplined lifestyle. Shri Arun Rishi Swargeeya spoke about simple yet effective natural practices that can be incorporated into daily life, including:
- Clapping therapy to improve circulation and energy levels
- Avoiding processed products to reduce toxin intake
- Using traditional kitchen ingredients to promote holistic health
- Acupressure techniques to relieve stress and promote relaxation
- Mindful eating habits to enhance digestion and nutrient absorption
- Weekly fasting to detoxify and rejuvenate the body
- Oil massages to nourish the skin and promote relaxation
- Sattvic food to promote mental clarity and balance
- Proper water consumption methods to hydrate and detoxify the body
His talk emphasized the importance of adopting a holistic approach to health, focusing on natural and sustainable practices that promote overall well-being. The session concluded with a vote of thanks by Co-Convener Smt. Hema Solanki. Several JITO dignitaries, senior members, and committee members were present on the occasion.
