DIGITAL REFERRAL MEET

JITO Bangalore South We-Preneurs and JITO Chennai Zeal Women Entrepreneurs organized the Pagariya JBN Digital Referral Meet, a powerful inter-chapter meeting that brought together women entrepreneurs from across cities to foster collaboration, growth, and empowerment. Held online on 24th February 2026, the 90-minute session saw enthusiastic participation from 40 members, showcasing the zeal and dedication of JITO's women leaders.

The meeting was graced by prominent JBN referral group, including Smt. Pramila Jain (Referral Head, Chennai), Smt. Sangeeta Bohra (Referral Lead, Chennai), Smt. Manju Chopra (Secretary & Treasurer, Chennai), Smt. Nisha Kothari (Referral Head, Bangalore), Smt. Rajul Kishore (Referral Lead, Bangalore) and Smt. Saloni Netani (Secretary & Treasurer, Bangalore). The event commenced with the soulful chanting of the Navkar Mantra, setting a positive and uplifting tone for the meeting.

In her welcome address, Smt. Saloni Netani emphasized the importance of women supporting women and creating a strong network of empowered entrepreneurs. Smt. Manju Surana and Smt. Purvi Daga highlighted the significance of inter-chapter collaborations, paving the way for collective growth and success.

Smt. Nisha Kothari shared valuable insights into her role in strengthening quality referrals, while Smt. Rajul Kishore stressed the importance of structured referrals and member success. Smt. Saloni Netani explained her responsibilities as Secretary & Treasurer, ensuring seamless chapter operations.

A concise 30-second round allowed members to introduce themselves and their businesses, sparking meaningful connections and potential collaborations. Smt. Sangeeta Bohra shared enlightening insights on PCOD, empowering women with knowledge and awareness. Smt. Rekha Baregcha session on Jain Dharma left members enriched and inspired, highlighting the importance of spiritual growth and balance in life.

 

Smt. Rajul Kishore shared a remarkable success story achieved through JBN, showcasing the power of networking and trust within the JITO community. Smt. Babita Raysoni lauded the collaboration between chapters and encouraged continued inter-chapter engagement, fostering a culture of support and growth.

The meeting concluded with Smt. Sangeeta Bohra and Smt. Saloni Netani sharing updates on business generated by chapters, demonstrating the tangible impact of their collective efforts. Saloni Netani extended a heartfelt vote of thanks, appreciating the active participation and support of members and speakers.
