THE CONSISTENCY CODE - HEART HEALTH MADE SIMPLE

JITO Ladies Wing, Bengaluru South conducted a health awareness session titled “The Consistency Code – Heart Health Made Simple” under its Health & Nutrition initiative on 24th January 2026 at JITO office, chamrajpet. The program saw active participation of 100 plus members, highlighting growing awareness among women towards heart health and wellness.

The session began with the Navkar Mantra followed by lamp lighting. JLW Bangalore South Chairperson Smt. Babita Raysoni emphasized that women often neglect their own health while managing multiple responsibilities and that heart health requires care, consistency, and conscious living.

Convener Smt. Somna Sisodia introduced speaker. The key session was led by Marathon Coach Shri Darshan Jain, who explained heart health in a simple and practical manner. He highlighted that heart health is not just about physical activity, but also about mental well-being and nutrition. He shared practical tips like incorporating short walks, balanced meals, and stress-relieving practices into daily routines. He also emphasized the importance of regular health check-ups and knowing one's health metrics.

Past JLW Bangalore Chairperson Smt. Madhu Doshi appreciated the initiative, stressing the importance of prioritizing health. Weekly awards under the ongoing Fitness Fiesta initiative were also distributed to encourage discipline and regular participation.

The vote of thanks was given by event co-convener and Joint Secretary, Smt. Sakshi Nahar and the event was hosted by Chief Secretary Smt. Nidhi Palrecha. The program concluded with a collective resolve to make heart health a daily priority.
