JITO Ladies Wing Bengaluru South, under the aegis of Sports, inaugurated its month-long wellness initiative, Fitness Fiesta, at Krishna Rao Park, starting from 2nd January 2026, with the enthusiastic participation of over 130 women. To ensure wider participation, the program is being conducted in two time slots, with activities including jogging, endurance training, resistance workouts, yoga sessions and weekly health and nutrition talks by experts.
The program began with the recitation of the Navkar Mantra, reinforcing the message that true health begins with inner balance. Chairperson Smt. Babita Raysoni, in her welcome address, emphasized that women often prioritize family responsibilities over their own health and urged participants to dedicate time to self-care, stating that health is not a luxury but the foundation of a balanced life.
JITO Bengaluru South Chairman Shri Ranjeet Solanki appreciated the initiative and encouraged women to make health a priority. Chief Sponsor Shri Himmat Mandot of As-It-Is One Nutrition congratulated the team and highlighted the importance of clean, transparent, and natural nutrition, while sponsor Mr. Pawan Mandot motivated participants to remain consistent.
JITO Youth Wing Chairperson Smt. Mehul Srisrimal noted that fitness is a lifestyle, not a short-term goal. Social Media Partner Smt. Hitesh Palrecha and Smt. Nidhi Palrecha stressed the importance of discipline and regularity in health initiatives. Apex Convenor Smt. Bindu Raysoni reiterated that health is true wealth. Fitness partner Oduba, represented by Shri Darshan Jain, introduced a safe and structured exercise regimen suitable for all age groups.
