A Celebration of Independence Through Service

This Independence Day, JITO Youth Bangalore North transformed the spirit of freedom into action with Parivartan – Soch Se Seva Tak, a seva initiative that brought together volunteers, students, and community members for a day filled with impactful service activities.

The initiative was inaugurated with a flag hoisting ceremony, followed by a series of programs that combined patriotism with meaningful community upliftment. JITO Youth Bangalore North Chairman Anish Bhojani Welcomed the  audience at the event. 

Event Highlights

? Canvas Your Wall – Murals and paintings added vibrance and inspiration to the school premises.

? Sanitary Napkin Disposal Machines – Installed to ensure dignity and hygiene for girl students.

? Health Camps – Over 200 students benefited from free dental check-ups- This event was supported by Arihant Dental Care, Dr Arihant Bhandari and his team

? Patriotic Zumba – A fun-filled session of fitness and unity with students.

?️ Infrastructure Support – Borewell servicing and grill door installations strengthened school facilities.

? Act of Kindness Corner – Clothes, books, and essentials were collected and donated to the needy.

Speaking on the occasion, the Convenors Arihant Patwari and Devendar Ganna of Parivartan said:

This initiative is about more than one event—it is about building a movement of seva. Parivartan is our way of channeling youth energy into meaningful change. Today was just the beginning.


The school management expressed their gratitude, highlighting how the event not only uplifted infrastructure but also touched the lives of every student present.

The event witnessed the gracious presence of Chief Secretary Shri Vijay Singh, JITO Bangalore North, Youth Convenor JITO Bangalore North Shri Pramit Ji Bafna, respected sponsors R Mainsh Chawat and Monish Bothra, and other dignitaries.

Chief Secretary Vijay ji appreciated the initiative, stating:

Parivartan is a living example of how youth can channel their energy into meaningful seva. Such initiatives will inspire many more to step forward for community welfare

Pramit ji also shared his thoughts, highlighting:

True patriotism lies in service. Today, the students, volunteers, and leaders together have shown how collective effort can bring lasting change.

The presence of sponsors and community leaders added strength and encouragement to the initiative, making the day even more impactful.
