Fundamentals of Computer - Basic Computer Course

JITO Belgaum successfully organized and completed the Fundamentals of Computer - Basic Computer Training Program under the B. T. Patil and Sons Computer Skills Learning Program in three different schools: Govt. Primary School, Chikkadinkoppa; Govt. Kannada Primary School, Sambra; and Govt. Kannada Primary Secondary School No. 26, Sadashiv Nagar .

The program aimed to educate government school children about computers through theoretical and practical sessions . This three-month course was designed for students in the 5th, 6th, and 7th standards, with varying levels of instruction. An examination was conducted at the end of the course to analyze the students' progress . JITO Belgaum provided free books and appointed a tutor for training purposes . The course was highly appreciated by the school authorities and, especially, the trained students and parents. Valedictory functions were held at each school on the 18th and 19th, where certificates were distributed to the students.
