REFERRAL GROUP MEETING REPORT

The JBN - WE KONNECT held its 4th Tenure’s meeting at JITO BANGALORE NORTH OFFICE, on 2nd July 2025 in the presence of JLW Chairperson- Smt. Lakshmi ji Bafna, Vice Chairperson- Smt. Suman ji Singhvi and Chief Secretary Smt. Raksha ji Chajjed

The keynote speaker for today was Smt. Shalu Chawla who is the founder of "ADIRYANKAYA" and a Cosmetic Scientist. She fuses age-old wisdom with modern skin and hair care science. Rooted in ethics, she crafts purposeful, healing solutions. Her creations empower, nurture, and transform naturally and where Innovation meets intention in every formula she builds. For her, work is not just duty — it's devotion.

Smt. Paridhi Bhandari founder of Emotional Wellness and Behavioural Services gave her an 8-minute presentation. She empowers minds to master emotions for clear thinking and confident action. Through emotional intelligence bootcamps and yogic resilience, she transforms chaos into clarity. Her programs help people think better, feel stronger, and work smarter. It's not just training — it's a shift toward mindful, organized excellence.

The meeting was also attended by JLW treasurer Smt. Tanuja Mehta, joint secretary Smt. Suman Ranka, committee members Smt. Lekha Gandhi, Smt. Alka Lodha past LT heads Smt. Sushmita Sethiya, Smt. Seema shah with 45 other members. The event concluded with the National Anthem, followed by open networking space shared among members, with a commitment to nurturing fruitful business relationships within the group.
