JITO Youth Wing Bangalore South organised the Master the Art of Public Speaking program, held from January 4th to 11th, 2025, was a week-long journey aimed at transforming individuals into confident and effective speakers. The program saw enthusiastic participation with 15 attendees in the morning batch and 27 in the evening batch. The primary objective of MAPS: Master the Art of Public Speaking was to empower individuals with the confidence and skills necessary to communicate effectively in various settings. Public speaking is a vital skill that transcends professional and personal boundaries, enabling individuals to express their ideas clearly, inspire others, and create meaningful connections. Through MAPS, we aimed to create an opportunity for individuals to enhance their communication skills, boost their confidence, foster personal growth, and advance their professional success. With two batches, morning and evening, the purpose was to transform participants into impactful speakers who can leave a lasting impression and contribute positively to their communities and careers. The sessions were designed to create an engaging and interactive learning experience tailored to participants needs. The inauguration ceremony set a positive tone for the week, featuring the recitation of the Navkar Mantra and the ceremonial lighting of the lamp. The trainers, including Namita Dugar & Padam Sancheti for morning batch and Babita Raysoni, Mukesh Bhandari, and Chirag Sathiya for evening batch, led interactive sessions covering various aspects of public speaking, including informal speech, formal speech, and persuasive speech. Over the course of seven days, participants engaged in interactive exercises, practice sessions, and constructive feedback from the trainers, fostering significant growth in their public speaking abilities. The program concluded with grand graduation ceremonies for morning batch and evening batch, celebrated in the presence of participants, their families, and distinguished dignitaries. The ceremony commenced with the Navkar Mantra and the traditional lighting of the lamp, symbolizing knowledge and enlightenment. The Chairman, Mehul Srisrimal, warmly welcomed the attendees, and the Chief Guests delivered inspiring speeches that resonated with motivation and a celebration of the participants hard work and success. The trainers also addressed the audience, sharing words of encouragement and heartfelt appreciation for the participants dedication and growth throughout the program. A highlight of the ceremony was the final speeches delivered by the participants themselves, showcasing their remarkable progress, newfound confidence, and personal development. Certificate of Completion was given away to all the participants of the morning and evening batch. The success of MAPS was attributed to the tireless efforts of convener Harsha Jain and Co-convener Ridhi Mehta, EC members Diksha Bhansali, Avadhi Chauhan, and Samyukta Chajjed, and dedicated media team of Labdhi Ostwal and Reeth Oswal. The visionary guidance and unwavering support of the dynamic Chairman, Mehul Srisrimal, and the ever-encouraging Chief Secretary, Rishabh Chopra, ensured the success and vibrancy of the occasion.
