    JITO Belgaum observed a significant number of educated individuals in the Belagavi district actively seeking employment, ranging from 12th-grade graduates to post-graduates. To assist them in securing suitable jobs aligned with their qualifications, an Awareness and Orientation Program for JITO Jobs was organized in Belagavi city. JITO Jobs is an excellent initiative by JITO Apex that mutually benefits both job seekers and employers.

    For this awareness program, Mr. Jaydeep Lengade, JITO Apex Jobs Committee Member, served as the guest speaker. He addressed over 200 job seekers, providing a comprehensive overview of how to apply through the JITO Jobs portal. He also offered valuable advice on crafting strong resumes and compelling cover letters. Furthermore, Mr. Lengade emphasized the importance of understanding the current job market and the specific requirements that employers seek in candidates.

    He also touched upon crucial aspects such as soft skill development and effective follow-up techniques, which are vital for successful interviews.

    The attendees were highly interactive throughout the session, actively participating and clarifying their doubts.
