INTERNATIONAL YOGA DAY - YOGA SANGAM

JITO Bangalore South with Ladies Wing and in association with YogaTute, organised yoga Sangam - International Yoga Day. The event took place at Sri Bhagwan Mahaveer Jain College, Diagonal Road, V V Puram, which was also the venue partner for the event.

The session started with Navkar Mantra. JITO Bangalore South Chairman Shri Ranjeet Solanki, welcomed all the participants to International Yoga Day, which is celebrated in more than 100 countries. Yoga in India has been practiced for thousands of years, and the world is now following this path for maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

Renowned Yoga Guru Sushma Bharti, Director of Yogatute Health, led the yoga session, focusing on the theme "Yoga for One Earth, One Health." She trained participants with various yoga asanas. The event aims to promote physical, mental, and spiritual well-being, while fostering a sense of community and unity among participants. "The session brought together individuals from all walks of life to celebrate the ancient art of yoga and its benefits for a healthier, more harmonious world," said Nitin Lunia, Chief Secretary.

The event was open to all and over 200 participants received a special yoga belt as a gift for arriving on time. Also marking their presence were Shri Mahendra Jiani, Vice Chairman; Shri Nemichand Chopra, Treasurer; Shri Mahaveer Dantewadia and Narendra Sanklecha, Joint Treasurer; Secretary Shri Pratik Gandhi; Smt. Babita Raysoni, JLW Chairperson and managing committee members of the Chapter and Ladies Wing. The Sports Convener Shri Chetan Bohra, Event Convener Shri Shreyans Rakhecha, Event Co-Convener Shri Safal Sakariya, JLW Sports Convener Smt. Sakshi Nahar, Event Convener Smt. Neelam Shah, and Event Co-Convener Smt, Hema Solanki. The session was hosted and vote of thanks was given by Shri Nitin Lunia
