JPF Fest 2025: A Grand Success

In today's fast-paced, interconnected world, Professionals are driving transformative change in today's world, leveraging expertise, innovation and dedication to tackle complex challenges. From revolutionizing industries with technology to saving lives in healthcare, promoting sustainability, empowering minds through education, and addressing social issues, their impact is profound. With specialized knowledge, innovative solutions, and leadership, professionals are shaping the future and creating a lasting impact.

JITO Bangalore South and JITO Professional Forum Bangalore South organized JPF Fest 2025, which was an enormous success, bringing professionals from various fields onto a single platform on 1st June 2025, Sunday, at Kings Meadows, Vidyaranyapura. With over 230 participants, the full-day event was commended by many young and veteran professionals. The event's main theme of connecting, networking, and empowering resonated with all the attendees, who were looking forward to more such events. SPA Capital was the title sponsor for the event.

The day started with the Navkar Mantra and the lighting of the lamp by JITO Bangalore South Chief Secretary Shri Nitinji Lunia, Chief Secretary; Shri Mahaveer Bhansali, Co-Convenor, JIIF; Shri Raunak Gulecha, JPF Convener; Shri Hari Kishan P Chajjed, JPF Bangalore Chairman; Shri Hitesh Giriya, JPF Bangalore Vice Chairman; Smt. Preksha Bhandari, JPF Bangalore Chief Secretary; Shri Rishabh Pipada, JPF Bangalore Treasurer; Motivational Speaker Shri Deepak Shinde; and Sponsor SPA Capital representative Smt. Mona Sutrve.

Shri Ranjeet Solanki, Chairman, JITO Bangalore South, in a message congratulated the JPF team for organizing the event and announced that JITO Bangalore South would soon start a 24-hour helpline to serve society in emergency situations, particularly health emergencies.

Shri Nitin Lunia, Chief Secretary, JITO Bangalore South, said that JPF is an effort of JITO to bring all Jain professionals onto a single platform, which will help create and cater to the required professional services at national and international levels for the betterment of society at large. He also announced that Dr. Harshitha Jain has given her consent to be the honorary visiting doctor for JATF Baldota Girls Hostel.

Keynote Motivational Speaker Deepak Shinde conducted a inspirational talk on "Is your Good the enemy of your Best." His talk was truly inspirational and encouraged professionals to excel in their professions by making their services more abundant and expanding beyond traditional practices. This was followed by three panel discussion.

The first panel discussion on the Impact of AI in our Professions was moderated by Shri Lokesh Lalwani with fellow panelists CA Deepak Kumar Jain, Er. Mohit Ambani, Er. Kunal Jain, and Mr. Pradeep Jain, keeping the audience engaged in the present and future of AI in daily life and businesses. The second panel discussion on Health & Wellness was moderated by Shri Hitesh Giriya with fellow panelists Dr. Ratan Salecha, Dr. Harshitha Jain, and Dr. Manisha. The crowd was astounded by the discussion on healthy habits, work-life balance, and simple daily practices to maintain happiness. The third panel discussion on Wealth Creation was moderated by Advocate Rishabh Pipada with fellow panelists CA Manish Singhvi, CA Nithin Surana, CA Siddharth Gandhi, and Smt. Mona Sutrve. All the panellist and sponsor were felicitated by JITO dignitaries and JPF Committee members.
