The EmpowerHer event, organized by JBN Swayam We-preneurs, saw an overwhelming turnout of over 80 enthusiastic women entrepreneurs who presented 30-second business pitches. Chairperson Babita Raysoni welcomed everyone, emphasizing that JBN is a platform where ideas transform into invoices.

Keynote Speaker Smt. Neha Chaudhary inspired the audience to dream big and break boundaries. Shri Nitin Lunia Chief Secretary JITO Bangalore South and Shri Manoj Kochar JBN Apex Secretary, highlighted the power of referral networking. Shri Vijay Mehta, JBN Bangalore Convener, and Rinku Bhansali, Apex Co-Convener, discussed how small connections can lead to significant business opportunities.

The event also featured updates from Pinky Jain (KKG Convener), Anita Pirgal (JIIF and J-Point Apex Convener), Sunita Gandhi (Shraman Arogyam Apex Convener), and Bindu Raysoni (Apex Convener for Small Household Business). Raksha Chajjed, North Chief Secretary, and Rekha Chhajed reflected on JBN's all-women chapter journey.

The new JBN Swayam team was introduced, comprising Nisha Kothari (Referral Head), Rajul Dhokha (Referral Lead), and Saloni Netani (Secretary). The event was hosted by Chief Secretary Nidhi Palrecha.
