JITO Bangalore South and JITO Bangalore North Chapters organized a special seminar on "Seekha Band to Jeetna Band Grow 10X with Work & Life Balance" sponsored by Vaishnodevi Group of Companies was held at St. Joseph's University Auditorium, Bangalore on 23rd March 2025. The seminar aimed to empower entrepreneurs and individuals to break barriers, overcome obstacles, and achieve success by acquiring knowledge, skills, and a winning mindset.
The program began with the recitation of the Navkar Mahamantra, followed by the lighting of lamps by JITO dignitaries. Shri Ranjeet Solanki, Chairman of JITO Bangalore South Chapter, welcomed JITO dignitaries and members to the seminar. He informed members about the various verticals of JITO and their mission, vision, and objectives. Shri Vimal Kataria, Chairman of JITO Bangalore North Chapter, underscored the organization's efforts towards social upliftment.
The keynote speaker was Dr. Vivek Bindra, an internationally renowned Business Guru and Coach. He inspired entrepreneurs and emphasized that the right strategy, positive thinking, and a habit of continuous learning can take business to new heights. Dr. Bindra highlighted the importance of personality refinement, thought synchronization, making the impossible possible, positive mindset, memorable branding, and customer care for achieving success in business. He also shared valuable insights on leadership and growth, stating that adapting to each generation, increasing one's value, continuous learning, adopting the right business strategy, and learning from failures are key to success in business and leadership. He emphasized that learning is an investment, not an expense, and when learning stops, winning stops.
During the program, Shri Rajesh Mehta encouraged Jain businessmen to venture into entrepreneurship, urging them to transition from trading to entrepreneurship, think big, and contribute to the progress of society.
