The JITO Job Fair 2025, a landmark initiative jointly organized by JITO Bangalore North and South Chapters, was successfully held on 5th April 2025 at the prestigious EMIR Campus, which generously partnered as the venue sponsor. With over 600 registrations, 250 candidates participating in the fair and more than 1,000 interviews conducted by 28 employers. Numerous candidates were selected on the spot, with several already advancing into the recruitment process.
The event commenced with a ribbon-cutting ceremony, led by Chairman Shri Ranjeet Solanki JITO Bangalore South, Shri Vimalji Kataria JITO Bangalore North, Chief Secretaries Shri Nitinji Lunia (South) and Shri Vijayji Singhvi, Apex Jobs Secretary Smt. Bharati, Chief Guest Shri Amanji Sethiya (Head of Treasury - Groww), Guest of Honour Miss Sonia Jain (Senior HR - ITC Southern Region) and other esteemed dignitaries from JITO Apex and the KKG Zone. This ceremonial opening marked the beginning of a purposeful and inspiring day. This was followed by Navkar mantra and lighting of lamp.
Both Chairmen warmly welcomed all dignitaries, employers, and candidates. They also wholeheartedly appreciated the efforts of the Bangalore Chapter in leading the JITO Jobs initiative, applauding its growing impact in connecting talent with opportunity.
The ceremony continued with powerful addresses. Chief Guest Shri Amanji Sethiya and Guest of Honour Miss Sonia Jain spoke about the relevance of organized employment platforms and the need for deeper corporate-community engagement. The Chief Secretaries, Shri Nitinji Lunia and Shri, shared their thoughts on how the initiative is empowering youth and reshaping employment support within the community. Apex Jobs Secretary Smt. Bharati presented an inspiring vision for the JITO Jobs platform and its future roadmap.
The event was further energized by addresses from the Convenors, Shri Rajeshji Bhansali and Shri Rhakeshji Pokarna, who emphasized the purpose, scale, and mission of the job fair. A Principal from EMIR, the venue sponsor, also shared a brief message expressing their pleasure in hosting the event and reaffirmed EMIR’s commitment to empowering community-driven initiatives.
The closing remarks from Co-convenors Shri Shubham Bhandari and Shri Praveenji Ganna marked the official opening of the floor to the fair's proceedings.
