JITO Bangalore North Chapter organized the third-term meeting of JBN We Connect on February 12, 2025, at the JITO Office in Rajajinagar. J.L.W. Chairperson Smt. Lakshmi Bafna was also present on this occasion.

The keynote speaker, Smt. Mansi K. Panani, an experienced soft skills trainer associated with Bloom Learning and Well-being, highlighted the importance of networking. She elaborated on how effective communication and conversations can enhance one’s personality and help in business growth.

Following this, Smt. Meenu Jain gave an 8-minute presentation on her business, Prana Living. She detailed her home furnishing showroom and specifically explained the health benefits of her natural mattresses. During the educational session, Smt. Jiya Jain explained the importance of referrals and how mutual business exchanges lead to collective growth. She emphasized, “If I give you business, you will naturally give me business in return.”

The event was presided over by President Smt. Seema Shah, Vice President Smt. Meena Jain, and Secretary Smt. Leela Pitliya. All JBN members got an opportunity to share a 30-second pitch. The award for the Best 30-Second Pitch went to Kiran Jain, while Smt. Kejal Jain was recognized for giving the highest business referrals, and Smt. Jiya Jain received an award for providing the maximum number of referrals. Additionally, a new member was inducted into the group, further strengthening and expanding the network.

The meeting statistics showcased the group's collective achievements. The meeting concluded with the national anthem, followed by an open networking session, where members engaged in discussions to reinforce professional relationships and business commitments.
