JITO Ladies Wing, Bangalore South, hosted SHE RISING under the aegis of Pehchaan, JITO Centre For Excellence (CFE) and JITO Jobs, with over 200 enthusiastic women in attendance on March 8, 2025. The event was held at C.B. Bhandari Jain College, K.R. Road, Shankarpuram, who were also the venue partners for this event.
The objective of the event was to economically empower women through education, entrepreneurship, and employment opportunities, enabling them to achieve financial independence, self-sufficiency, and a better quality of life.
JITO Ladies Wing South Chairperson Smt. Babita Raysoni, welcomed everyone with a thought-provoking speech, likening women to diamonds—precious, yet only radiant when discovered and polished. She emphasized the importance of self-discovery and empowerment, urging women to tap into their inner strength and potential.
JITO Bangalore South Chairman Shri Ranjeet Solanki, reiterated the significance of gender equality, stating that true progress lies in creating a level playing field for all. Chief Secretary Shri Nitin Lunia, encouraged participation in the upcoming Navkar Day, emphasizing the importance of community engagement and spiritual growth.
The event's impact was further amplified by the presence of esteemed guests, including Pehchaan Apex Co-Convener, Smt. Neelam Shand, and JIIF Training Convener, Smt. Anjana Jain. They shared their expertise and experiences, inspiring attendees to explore their passions and pursue their goals.
A powerful talk by Trainer, Smt. Jyoti Chitlangiya, guided attendees on building an identity while staying rooted in values. She emphasized the importance of self-awareness, resilience, and determination in overcoming life's challenges.
The highlight of the event was an engaging panel discussion, featuring renowned personalities—makeup artist, Smt. Sanam Jain; event expert, Smt. Sumitra Bardiya; and fashion designer, Smt. Samatha Jain—moderated by Smt. Dimple Siyal. The discussion left everyone inspired with insights on real-life challenges, lifelong learning, and balancing family with professional aspirations.
